Scheduling, Access, and Weather
- Service dates are estimates and may change due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, staffing, or other operational factors
- You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area
- You must disclose known hazards, obstacles, utilities, irrigation lines, underground features, pets, and access restrictions before service
- We may delay or reschedule services when conditions are unsafe or would risk property damage
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Secure pets and provide clear access to gates and service areas
- Remove or identify fragile, decorative, or valuable items in service zones
- Mark private, non-public utility lines where required
- Notify us of property conditions that could impact safe service
We are not responsible for delays, added costs, or damage resulting from hidden conditions, inaccurate information, or failure to provide required access/disclosures.
Invoices and Payment Terms
- Payment is due as stated on your invoice or written agreement
- Late balances may incur reasonable late fees or finance charges where permitted by law
- You are responsible for collection costs and reasonable attorneys' fees to collect unpaid amounts where permitted by law
- We may suspend or refuse additional service for overdue accounts
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting us as early as possible
- Work already performed, materials ordered, or non-recoverable costs may still be charged
- Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in additional charges or refusal of future scheduling
